- Manage a team of 3 GG08 staff responsible for executing QARs.
- Ensure stakeholder communications, including notifications and information requests, are accurate and timely.
- Review and present preliminary results to the QAR Director before stakeholder socialization.
- Provide one-up reviews and approvals for Working Papers.
- Review draft Scope Documents and Final Reports before RCM Senior Director approval.
- Support the team with stakeholder discussions.
- Create and manage QAR-identified Issues to closure via the Enterprise Issues Management (EIM) system.
- Facilitate stakeholder discussions independently when global time-zone limitations require it.
- Assist the wider QAR team with continuous improvement, process changes, and annual planning initiatives.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree with 1-2 years of relevant work experience (i.e. transferrable skills).
- Demonstrated ability in written and oral communication skills along with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational, project management and time management capabilities.
- Deadline-driven and results-oriented; able to meet consistently high quality standards while handling a variety of tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Understanding of RCM regulatory requirements and related methodologies.
- Experience with conducting quality assurance reviews or control testing or assessments, particularly in a risk management/compliance context.
Demonstrates strong stakeholder management and communication skills while managing quality assurance reviews and compliance assessments. Proficient in project management and organizational capabilities to ensure timely execution of tasks and adherence to regulatory requirements.
