OXIO Inc. is seeking a Mobile Support engineer to join our telecom team. You will monitor, troubleshoot, and escalate real-time core network or infrastructure issues affecting customers, working with Level 3 escalation groups and global operator engineers.

You will maintain and improve OXIO’s network, perform fault investigation, and ensure network performance aligns with KPIs and SLAs. This role requires hands-on telecom expertise and a willingness to work a 24/7 on-call roster.
