The Role The Senior Digital Product Manager will lead mobile and authenticated digital platform capabilities across iOS, Android, and web ecosystems.

The role will shape the platform roadmap, drive modernization, and partner with engineering, design, analytics, and business stakeholders.

The position focuses on native and microapp enablement, performance optimization, reusable frameworks, and evolving digital experiences.

Platform Strategy and Delivery

- Define the roadmap for mobile and digital platform capabilities across iOS, Android, and web applications.
- Drive modernization for scalability, performance, resiliency, reusability, and maintainability.
- Own platform backlogs and translate strategy into epics, features, and user stories.
- Lead discovery and solutioning with engineering and design teams.
- Support delivery planning, release management, dependency management, and value realization.

Platform Modernization
- Define reusable platform capabilities, design patterns, component strategies, and governance approaches.
- Improve app performance, stability, and technical health metrics with engineering teams.
- Advance native and hybrid mobile and web strategies, including microapp enablement and modular architecture.
- Advocate for simplification, scalability, and long-term platform sustainability.

Stakeholder Leadership
- Align Design, Business Lines, Engineering, Marketing, and Analytics teams to strategic priorities.
- Influence senior stakeholders on strategic direction, sequencing, and implementation approaches.
- Communicate roadmap progress, outcomes, trade-offs, risks, and dependencies to leadership.
- Mentor team members in product management, strategic thinking, and client-centric decision-making.

Technical and Product Expertise




- At least 5 years of experience in digital product management, technical product ownership, or mobile platform product management.
- Deep understanding of native iOS and Android ecosystems.
- Experience with React, Node.js, APIs, and microapp architectures.
- Understanding of platform modernization, scalable architecture, performance optimization, and reusable components.
- Knowledge of authenticated digital experiences, enterprise-scale applications, and high-availability platforms.
- Experience defining KPIs, OKRs, and platform and client experience success metrics.

Leadership Qualifications

- Solid strategic thinking, prioritization, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders in complex organizations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to operate effectively amid ambiguity and lead initiatives from concept through execution.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in financial services, fintech, or other highly regulated digital environments is preferred.
- Familiarity with mobile analytics, experimentation, observability, performance monitoring, platform governance, or enterprise transformation is preferred.
