Coming Together to Connect Construction
Construction is one of the world’s largest — and least digitized — industries. For more than 20 years, we’ve pioneered IoT solutions for construction. Today, we’re not only a market leader — we are shaping the digital agenda for the entire industry. Now we’re looking for a Senior IoT Device Program Manager to help lead the next generation of connected devices powering our ecosystem.
Reports to: Director of IoT Product Management As Senior Program Manager, you will take a central leadership position in shaping and delivering Trackunit’s next-generation connected device portfolio. You operate at the intersection of hardware engineering, embedded software, mobile connectivity, cloud integration, and commercial strategy — ensuring that complex IoT programs translate into scalable, profitable, and industry-defining products. You will lead strategic device programs end-to-end, from early concept and architectural definition through development, launch, and lifecycle optimization.
Working closely with engineering directors and cross-functional leaders, you will set direction, align stakeholders, and drive execution toward ambitious technical and business goals. This role requires both technical depth and strategic clarity. You must be comfortable navigating architecture discussions around connectivity, embedded platforms, security, and lifecycle management — while simultaneously evaluating market positioning, cost structures, and revenue impact.
As a senior leader within the IoT Device organization, you will bring structure to complexity, create momentum across teams, and ensure that our devices continue to be the trusted backbone of the construction ecosystem. Lead complex,
cross-functional IoT device programs from concept to scaled deployment. Drive execution against ambitious technical and commercial goals.
