The Chance We’re hiring a Senior Estimator to lead pricing on complex ICI projects and bring consistency to how we win work. Produce full-scope estimates (conceptual through tender) across ICI projects Lead take-offs, subcontractor solicitation, bid leveling, and scope reconciliation Identify risk, opportunities, and value-engineering options that protect margin and schedule Improve estimating systems: templates, historical cost data, lessons learned, and supplier relationships Strong understanding of scopes: civil/structural, architectural, mechanical/electrical coordination, finishes, and site logistics ~ Bluebeam, OST, Excel, estimating software) You’ll directly influence what we win—and how profitably we deliver it—by building estimates that are accurate, strategic, and aligned with real-world execution. #
