Senior Project Management Specialist

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Management Specialist to coordinate and support multiple technology, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure initiatives. The ideal candidate will have robust project management expertise and the ability to manage complex projects while ensuring alignment with business objectives, security requirements, and governance standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and manage technology, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure projects across the full project lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, resource assignments, and deliverables.
- Monitor and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, assumptions, and changes.
- Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog activities.
- Coordinate release and change management activities.
- Work with team leads to identify resource requirements and optimize capacity.
- Engage and communicate effectively with senior management,



business stakeholders, and technical teams.
- Ensure projects follow established governance, processes, and methodologies.

Required Qualifications

- University degree or college diploma in IT, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience delivering IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, network security, or technology transformation initiatives.
- 5+ years of experience in a senior project management role overseeing complex technology, infrastructure, cybersecurity, or modernization projects.
- Strong knowledge and application of PMBOK project management principles and methodologies.
- Strong experience in risk management, issue resolution, dependency management, and project governance.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to effectively bridge technical and non-technical teams.
