Senior Project Management Specialist

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Management Specialist to lead and support enterprise-wide transformation and modernization initiatives. This role focuses on strategic planning, governance, execution, stakeholder engagement, organizational change, and technology adoption.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain a prioritized, outcome-driven transformation roadmap.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute project and program activities using Agile methodologies.
- Support the development of operating models, frameworks, processes, and reusable project assets.
- Facilitate executive alignment, stakeholder collaboration, steering committees, working groups, and project reviews.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and process optimization.
- Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, milestones, and performance metrics.

Qualifications

- 8+ years of experience leading large-scale projects, programs, or transformation initiatives.




- 3+ years of experience supporting digital transformation, modernization, technology, innovation, or emerging technology initiatives.
- Proven experience working in complex, quick-paced Agile environments with competing priorities.
- Experience establishing governance structures, operating models, performance metrics, and program oversight frameworks.
- Strong background in organizational change management, stakeholder engagement, communications, workforce enablement, and workshop facilitation.
- Bachelor's degree or college diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in project management, Agile, cloud, digital transformation, or related disciplines.
- Ability to work in environments requiring appropriate security or background clearance, where applicable.
