Ltd has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Manager, Enterprise Project Management Office in Surrey, BC at our Head Office . The expected hiring range for this role is $104,000 to $125,000 based on a 35‑hour work week. Actual offered salary will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience, as well as market conditions for the role, and internal equity.

and operational audiences Strong at building collaborative relationships with internal and external partners Excellent organizational and time management skills with a sharp attention to detail Proactive, self‑directed, and committed to high‑quality delivery Previous experience in the insurance industry or with business transformation projects is an asset Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex, high-impact projects across business units such as operations, marketing, product, HR, finance, and technology Create and manage project plans across all key disciplines—scope, schedule, budget, risk, and communications Lead and manage the RFP process from requirements gathering through vendor evaluation and selection, ensuring solutions meet project and organizational needs Anticipate and manage interdependencies, capacity challenges, and risks Apply strategic thinking to align project goals with broader organizational objectives, identify opportunities, and proactively mitigate risks Act as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle, from planning to operational handoff Mentor and coach junior project managers to develop skills, maintain standards, and support consistent project delivery Communicate progress and status updates tailored to various stakeholder groups, including senior leadership Drive strategic thinking and contribute to future-state planning during project execution Champion continuous improvement through post-project reviews and process enhancements encourages applications from all qualified individuals and will accommodate applicants' disability-related needs, up to the point of undue hardship, throughout all stages of the recruitment and selection process.
