Key Responsibilities As The Senior Project Manager

- Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution

- Manage contracts, subcontracts, change orders, and procurement

- Support and lead Superintendents and project teams

- Maintain strong client, consultant, and stakeholder relationships

- Oversee cost control, forecasting, cash flow, and reporting

- Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks

- Lead project closeout, handover, and post project reviews

Qualifications

Education

- Degree or diploma in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred

Experience

- 10 plus years of experience in construction project management

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Proven experience managing large, complex, or high value projects

Project Type

- Experience with residential, multi family, and commercial projects

- Familiar with multiple delivery methods, including Construction Management, Design Build, and Stipulated Sum

Technical Knowledge

- Strong understanding of construction contracts,



budgets, schedules, and cost controls

- Experience with project management and document control systems

- High level of accuracy with strong attention to detail

Technical Skills

- Procore

- Microsoft Project or similar scheduling tools

- Microsoft Excel

- Contract management, RFIs, submittals, change management, and reporting software

Leadership & Communication

- Proven ability to lead and mentor project teams

- Solid client facing communication and relationship management skills

- Ability to make clear, timely decisions

Organization & Accountability

- Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills

- Results driven with a high level of accountability

- Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
