The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various aspects of the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to facilitating interviews and onboarding.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a combination of education, experience, and skills relevant to the role. Typically, a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Candidates should have proven experience in recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition, preferably within a fast-paced environment.





Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to build relationships with clients and candidates. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS software, and other recruitment tools is preferred. Additionally, candidates should demonstrate problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering excellent service.

Relevant certifications such as PHR, SHRM-CP, or similar credentials are a plus.

Responsibilities The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

- Developing and executing sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates for various roles across different industries.
- Screening resumes, conducting interviews, and assessing candidate suitability based on client requirements.
- Managing the candidate pipeline and maintaining strong relationships with potential candidates to ensure a steady flow of talent.
- Collaborating with clients to understand their hiring needs, organizational culture, and specific job requirements.
- Coordinating interview schedules, providing feedback to candidates, and facilitating the offer process.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in applicant tracking systems and other databases.




- Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment processes and candidate experience.
- Providing guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience.
- Staying informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in talent acquisition.
