The Senior Cost
Advisor will engage with a dynamic team, leading estimating efforts and enhancing procedures for large-scale projects across sectors such as transit and healthcare. - Create comprehensive quantity take-offs and prepare cost estimates
- Review design milestones for accurate cost projections
- Participate in negotiations regarding project changes and claims
- Develop cost-loading techniques for project scheduling
- Generate detailed project cost reports for stakeholders
Requirements:
- 10 years of civil estimating experience preferred
- Technical background or equivalent qualified experience
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant estimating software
- Knowledge of CIQS and AACE guidelines
