We are seeking a dynamicenced Senior Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. In this pivotal role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing top-tier candidates across various departments to meet organizational growth objectives.

Duties

- Update Job Descriptions and Job Postings

- Conduct Job Evaluations to identify key education and skill and work experience requirements

- Conduct screening interviews, assess candidate skills and cultural fit,

- Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process, providing a positive experience that reflects the company's values.res

- Maintain accurate recruitment records, generate reports on hiring metrics, and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.

- Create Candidate offers

- Conduct onboarding for new hires





- Facilitate workstation set up and issuing assigned equipment

- Oversee contracts with recruiters

Experience

- Recruitment and HR experience

- Robust understanding of human resources practices including employee relations, HR sourcing techniques, and talent acquisition strategies
