As a Website Content Strategist on our Website team, you’ll turn client goals, brand voices, audience insights, and SEO best practices into website content that is clear, engaging, and built to perform. You’ll work directly with clients, manage a portfolio of complex or high-value accounts, and help shape how our team works by contributing to training, improving processes, supporting contractors, and bringing forward ideas that strengthen our content services. Create informative, user- and SEO-driven website content tailored to client objectives.
Participate in client meetings to understand brand voice and custom content requirements. Write content that mirrors each client's unique tone and voice.
Conduct research on a wide range of topics to support content creation.
Receive and implement feedback from the Team Lead of Website Content Strategy and Senior Content Writers. Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality, error-free content that meets project requirements. Assume responsibility for updating and maintaining all departmental process and training documentation.
Assume responsibility for the maintenance and innovation of comprehensive training programs for team members, with occasional support from intermediate strategists. Oversee external contractors, assigning tasks and approving completed work to ensure it meets quality and project guidelines. Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field ~3+ years of professional writing experience, with at least 2 years in a marketing context ~2+ years experience in customer service, hospitality, or client relationship management is an asset ~ Expert-level writing skills, supported by a portfolio of published work ~ An intermediate understanding of SEO concepts Who is POD Marketing?
