Role Description The Senior Supply Chain Analyst role at Call 2 Connect is a part-time, remote position focused on optimizing supply chain operations that support the company’s ICT and telecom services. On a day-to-day basis, this role analyzes demand and supply data, evaluates vendor performance, and develops recommendations to improve the sourcing and distribution of ICT hardware, network equipment, and related services.

The Senior Supply Chain

Analyst monitors inventory levels, coordinates with operations and finance teams to align purchasing plans, and identifies risks or bottlenecks in the supply chain. This role also prepares reports and dashboards, supports continuous improvement initiatives, and contributes to strategic planning for long-term capacity, cost efficiency, and service reliability.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills, including data analysis, problem-solving, and the ability to interpret complex supply chain metrics.




- Candidates should possess solid Supply Chain Management and Operations Management skills, with experience in planning, sourcing, logistics, and process optimization.
- Candidates should possess effective Inventory Management skills, including forecasting, stock control, and demand planning for hardware and ICT-related materials.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, with the ability to collaborate remotely with cross-functional teams and present findings clearly to stakeholders.
- Relevant experience in ICT, telecom, or technology-focused environments is beneficial, as is familiarity with ERP systems or supply chain software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote, part-time setting.
