Senior Talent Acquisition

Specialist for an existing vacancy to join our Talent Acquisition team. Lead full cycle recruitment efforts by partnering with hiring managers across CC&L; FG and our affiliates globally to identify and select the best candidates to join the organization LinkedIn Recruiter, niche job boards, social media, etc.) Maintain adequate performance through regular tracking and review of TA metrics Ensure consistency and accuracy of TA data Partner with the team to continuously optimize processes and drive improvements throughout the hiring lifecycle Partner with the leadership team and the broader HR team on ongoing initiatives 6+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, owning the full recruitment lifecycle for roles varying in level;

experience working in a matrixed organization is an asset Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems and other TA platforms to support hiring initiatives; ATS implementation experience is an asset Experience and comfort working in a data-driven environment Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, etc.)



Strong relationship-building skills Our offices currently operate on a hybrid mode with a combination of in-office and remote working days throughout the week. This role requires 3 days/week working in our Vancouver office. In addition, there is an annual performance bonus which contributes to the total compensation for this position.
