Senior Technical Integration Lead – Enterprise Networking & Security (Client-Facing) The Senior Technical Integration Lead – Enterprise Networking & Security is a client-facing technical leadership role responsible for driving the successful design, integration, and delivery of complex enterprise networking and security solutions for external clients. Acting as a trusted technical advisor , this role partners closely with client stakeholders, internal delivery teams, and third‑party vendors to translate business and security requirements into scalable, secure, and operationally sound solutions. The role blends deep technical expertise with solid consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills, ensuring client confidence from solution design through implementation and transition to operations.

Client-Facing Technical Leadership Serve as the primary technical integration lead for enterprise networking and security engagements. Act as a trusted advisor to client technical and executive stakeholders , guiding architectural decisions and trade-offs. Lead client-facing design workshops, architecture reviews, and technical deep dives.

Clearly articulate risks, dependencies, constraints, and recommendations in business-relevant language. Architect and integrate end-to-end enterprise networking and security solutions across: Network connectivity (LAN, WAN, SD‑WAN, cloud networking) Lead technical delivery across multiple workstreams, vendors, and client teams. Own the technical integration plan , including sequencing, dependencies,



and risk mitigation.

Provide technical oversight during build, migration, and cutover phases. Act as final escalation point for complex technical issues impacting client outcomes. Network, Security, and Infrastructure teams Risk, Compliance, and Architecture groups Support client governance forums including technical steering committees and design authorities.

Ensure solutions meet contractual, regulatory, and security obligations (e.g., Contribute to security risk assessments, architecture assurance, and audit support. Consulting & Commercial Support Technical discovery and assessments Contribute to proposal responses and client presentations where advanced technical credibility is required. Identify opportunities to reuse reference architectures and standard patterns to reduce delivery risk and cost. 10+ years in enterprise networking and/or security roles (engineering, architecture, or technical leadership). ~5+ years leading complex, client-facing technical integrations in large enterprise environments. ~ Demonstrated experience acting as a primary technical contact for external clients. ~ Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences. ~ Core Technical Skills Network segmentation and traffic engineering Cloud security architecture and controls Monitoring and observability (SIEM, NDR, NPM) Risk‑aware decision‑making with client impact in mind Comfortable balancing security, performance, cost, and timelines #
