We have an exciting opportunity to join our Design Team as we are actively recruiting for the position of Senior Turnkey Systems Designer responsible for the design of automated welding and metal forming tooling and equipment in a 3D modeling environment. These responsibilities will include but are not limited to fixtures and tooling for Resistant Spot Welded and GMA Welded assemblies; selection and application of purchased items supporting the process requirements like rotary index tables, drawn arc welders (DAW), sealant/adhesive applicators, monitoring, measuring, error proofing solutions. This position will report to a Turnkey Systems Design Group Leader.

Controls Design, Project Management, Mechanical Build and Detailing staff to complete all assigned tasks. Completion of accurate 3D designs, generation of BOM’s (Bill of Materials) for purchasing and manufacturing requirements.
