Lightspeed Commerce, Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Analyst, VoC Insights to own the customer health score program. You will bridge customer data, CX operations and commercial decisions to deliver a robust view of account risk, retention opportunities and expansion potential.
You will lead strategy and enablement across CX, GTM and leadership, implementing health score changes in our CX platform and delivering dashboards, playbooks and data models for action.
