Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing exceptional service and addressing any concerns or issues
- POS system and payment knowledge
- Ensure precision and efficiency in order-taking
- Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization
Qualifications:
- Serving It Right certificate
- Previous server experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for fostering positive guest interactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
