What you’ll do:

- Be the face of our service department—building trust and lasting relationships with every customer
- Guide clients through vehicle maintenance and repair needs with confidence and professionalism
- Proactively handle inbound and outbound calls, providing solutions and service updates
- Recommend, explain,



and sell services to customers with a consultative approach
- Assist with warranty-related questions and ensure smooth claim handling
- Perform cashier duties when needed and support day-to-day service operations
- Track and monitor your performance through KPIs to maximize results and income
