Ideally some previous experience in Financial Services, Insurance or Banking Liaising with new/prospective customers, answering queries, detailing product benefits with approx. 10-20% of your time focusing on administration Our client is a highly professional financial services company who base their customer services model on first-class customer service, as opposed to the hard sell.

This role will expose you to both of their key markets and the focus is on providing information to customers/brokers, not advising.

Consultant role is based around acting as the initial point of contact for prospective customers and intermediaries regarding their products and services.



A real focus on providing information through 1st class customer service - key responsibilities include: Maintain good knowledge of all products and services including ISA's, Bonds and Mortgages Deal with telephone calls promptly, accurately and efficiently Issue relevant literature, illustrations and application forms Proactively follow up enquiries & call existing mortgage customers Contact customers periodically regarding services and products Monday to Friday, 9am - 5.30pm For this Customer Service Consultant role our client will consider people who have telephone-based experience in any sector, ideally with some previous experience within Financial Services, Banking or Insurance. Our client will also consider recent graduates, school leavers and those returning to work, if they have some previous phones experience with customers.

Good MS Office experience is sought, along with an eye for detail & accuracy within a fast-paced environment.
