Architectural

Design for renovations, custom homes, multi-unit and T.I projects Oversee on site measuring and drawing of as built conditions. Oversee + develop and draw working drawings for construction and permitting by utilizing AutoCAD, based on sketches and designs. Oversee + generate 3D drawings On site meetings with clients, professionals, and team members Architectural Design for renovations, custom homes,



multi unit and T.I projects Civic liaison working with municipalities for permit application process Building and Step Code & Municipal By Laws Excellent written and verbal command of the English language Experience and proficiency of AutoCAD and google SketchUp in addition to other similar software Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel and other basic computer skills In this position you will be held to a high standard and must be willing to learn and expand your knowledge in this field.

Green, Net Zero, Passive House and high-performance design experience is an asset.
