We are seeking a Centralized Services Engineer to support and enhance client environments through proactive monitoring, automation, documentation, and process standardization.

This role plays a key part in maintaining operational excellence across our Managed Services client base.

The Centralized Services

Engineer is responsible for supporting remote monitoring platforms, enforcing change management standards, maintaining cybersecurity posture, and ensuring infrastructure reliability across multiple client environments. This role acts as an escalation point between Service Desk and Senior Engineering teams and requires strong communication skills to interface directly with Managed Services clients when needed.

Monitoring & Managed Services Support and maintain remote monitoring and management platforms across client environments Administer endpoint and network monitoring tools Support Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR) and Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms Manage Backup as a Service solutions, including verification and test restores Execute and verify server and workstation patching routines Enforce structured change control for firewalls, Microsoft 365, and network infrastructure Maintain system reliability through proactive monitoring and remediation Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate maintenance tasks Support RMM tool deployment and configuration across environments Process Improvement & Documentation Experience supporting Windows, macOS, and Linux environments Experience with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace administration Experience with IdP/SSO solutions (Okta, Microsoft Entra preferred) This is a remote position based in the United States or Canada. Occasional travel may be required based on business needs.
