Four Seasons Furnace Cleaning & Services is seeking a skilled and customer-focused HVAC Service Technician to join our field team. You’ll perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance on residential and light commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role includes participation in a rotating on-call schedule to provide 24-hour emergency service.

Key Responsibilities

- Diagnose, repair, and service all makes and models of furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, rooftop units, humidifiers, air cleaners, thermostats, and related HVAC components.

- Perform routine and seasonal maintenance, tune-ups, and safety inspections in line with manufacturer specifications and company standards.

- Respond to after-hours emergency calls as part of a rotating 24/7 on-call schedule; provide timely, professional service and clear communication with dispatch and customers.

- Conduct comprehensive system assessments, identify root causes, and present repair options and accurate estimates.





- Install replacement parts and minor equipment replacements; verify system performance and compliance after service.

- Maintain clean, organized service vehicle inventory and accurate documentation of work performed, parts used, and recommendations.

- Follow all safety policies, codes, and best practices.

- Build trust with customers through professional appearance, punctuality, and transparent explanations of findings and solutions.

Qualifications/Requirments

- 4+ years of hands-on HVAC service residential experience.

- Gasfitter minimum 2nd year (Gasfitter B).

- Comfortable servicing all major makes and models.

- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.

- Excellent communication, customer service, and time-management skills.

Schedule

- Full-time with rotating on-call duties for 24-hour emergency service, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.

Pay: $29.00-$40.00 per hour
