The Service

Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the service department, ensuring operational efficiency, exceptional customer satisfaction, and a high‑performing team environment. This role requires a hands‑on leader with strong technical expertise, a deep understanding of Chrysler systems, and the ability to coach and develop staff. Lead service technicians and advisors by setting explicit performance goals and maintaining a positive, productive work environment.

Address customer concerns, resolve issues promptly, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Monitor and improve technician efficiency, repair accuracy, and overall customer satisfaction metrics.



Ensure all service work meets or exceeds safety standards and company quality guidelines.

Recruit, train, and coach team members on communication, technical skills, and company procedures. Inspect completed work to ensure quality, accuracy, and adherence to company specifications. Support technicians with complex diagnostics and repairs while staying current with evolving automotive technology.

Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a high‑performing team. Strong expertise in automotive diagnostics and repair. In‑depth knowledge of Chrysler systems, tools, equipment, and software. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with technicians, management, and customers.
