This role is integral to maintaining the shelter's atmosphere and administrative functions, supervised by the Shelter & Transitional Housing Manager. You'll actively engage with clients, manage inquiries, and ensure confidentiality while embracing and respecting the Anishinaabe culture. Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure a welcoming and non-judgmental workplace
- Address general inquiries and manage front desk activities
- Safeguard client confidentiality through proper management
- Keep common areas and office environments clean
- Enhance supply inventory management and reporting Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years in team support or similar roles
- Experience in Anishinaabe social service settings is beneficial
- Prior experience in customer service environments is a plus
- Valid Driver’s License and access to a vehicle
