Job Details

- Location: 10 McNab St. Walkerton, ON N0G 2V0
- Work location: Onsite
- Salary: 19.00 hourly / 30 to 40 hours per week, Early morning, Evening, Shift, Flexible hours
- Terms of employment: Permanent employment / Full time
- Starts as soon as possible

Education

- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

- 2 years to less than 3 years

On site

Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Work setting

Fast food outlet or concession

Responsibilities

- Establish methods to meet work schedules
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Address customers’ complaints or concerns
- Prepare and submit reports
- Must have knowledge of the establishment’s culinary genres
- Supervise and check assembly of trays
- Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
- Establish work schedules

Supervision

- 5-10 people
- Food service counter attendants and food preparers
- Kitchen and food service helpers

Credentials

- Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses
- Food Safety Certificate
- Safe Food Handling certificate
