Employer Name : Pro Vita Care Management Registered nurse (R.Salary : $41.42 to $55.91 hourly (To be negotiated) / 7 to 37.5 hours per week Casual employment, Part time leading to full time The candidate must assist health care practitioners during examinations and treatments. The candidate must engage in community program development. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring patients and notifying the physician of any changes in their condition.

The candidate must participate in community needs assessments. The candidate must assess patients in order to identify appropriate nursing interventions. The candidate must collaborate with members of an interdisciplinary health team to plan, implement, coordinate, and evaluate patient care in consultation with patients and their families.

The candidate must deliver health education programs. The candidate must deliver immunization programs. The candidate must dispense and administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician.

The candidate must engage in nursing-related research activities. The candidate will be responsible for managing home care cases. The candidate must operate or monitor medical equipment or apparatus. The candidate must provide consultativeservices regarding issues relevant to nursing practice and the nursing profession.





The candidate must be able to provide nursing care. The candidate must provide supportive counselling and life skills programming. The candidate will be responsible for supervising licenced practical nurses and other nursing personnel.

The candidate must perform administrative tasks. The candidate should be fluent in English language. The candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree. The candidate must have a CPR Certificate, First Aid Certificate, be eligible for licensure as a Registered Nurse by the province or territory of work, and be licensed as a Registered Nurse by provincial or territorial authorities.

The candidate should be organized and adaptable in nature. The candidate should work in a nursing home/home for the aged or people who don’t need to be in a hospital but can’t be cared for at home. The candidate should undergo a thorough criminal background check and tuberculosis test.
