P&H; Milling is Canada’s largest Canadian-owned milling company, producing high-quality flour and cereal products for bakeries, food manufacturers, and consumers. From coast to coast, we transform Canadian wheat into trusted products that feed families at home and abroad. We are seeking a Shift Supervisor to join our P&H; Milling team.

This role is responsible for flour production within the facility, including operating, monitoring, and setting up equipment and machinery. You will lead a team of mill operators in the production and shipping of bulk flour from the facility that runs 24/7. Lead and supervise milling operations, ensuring optimal equipment performance, flour extraction, quality standards, and production efficiency.

Execute production schedules, product changeovers,



and flour production processes to meet customer and business requirements. Complete inspections, reports, and documentation accurately and on time. Maintain compliance with GMP, HACCP, BRCGS, food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.

Report food safety, quality, and security concerns and perform other related duties as required. Minimum of 5 years working experience in a flour mill as a Shift Miller. A Diploma, Certificate, or Advanced Certificate in Flour Milling or equivalent training in Flour Milling Science and Technology.

Ability to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to use Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams. We’re committed to fostering a workplace that supports professional growth, well-being, and a robust sense of community.
