We are seeking a reliable and experienced Kitchen Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee daily kitchen operations, supervise kitchen staff, maintain food safety standards, and ensure high-quality food preparation and service. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
Canadian work experience is not a requirement for this role. Please note that artificial intelligence-based tools may be used at certain stages of the recruitment and applicant screening process. Supervise and support kitchen staff during daily operations.
Ensure food is prepared and presented according to company standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment. Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies. Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
Train, coach, and schedule kitchen employees. Work closely with management to maintain efficient kitchen operations. Previous experience in a supervisory role within a commercial kitchen. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
