Maintain service and maintenance records in accordance with Ministry of Transportation requirements. Maintain a database to track service requirements and due dates. Coordinate the transportation of company vehicles and equipment to and from service facilities. Order and pick up parts or arrange for delivery, following up on delays or other issues as required. Track parts and materials inventory. Track equipment service hours.

Occasional

Saturdays may be required based on business needs. Overtime must receive prior approval. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ability to independently manage changing priorities, workloads and deadlines. Flexible, resourceful and positive approach to work. Comfortable working in a maintenance-shop office environment.
