Perform loan administration activities, including internal account balancing, funds investigation, transaction reconciliation, and completion of loan servicing requests from Deal Analysts. Refer or elevate processing and operational issues as appropriate, engaging the right partners to support timely resolution and maintain service quality for corporate clients. Support the loan servicing team by building operational and business knowledge, evaluating process improvement opportunities, sharing ideas, and transferring knowledge across the team, function, and partners.
