This job requires at least a year of operational experience and involves conducting yard and reefer checks, organizing trailers, and collaborating with your team. Moreover, a safety-first attitude and strong communication skills are critical for success. Key Responsibilities:

- Move and position trailers accurately and safely
- Conduct detailed checks on yard equipment
- Assist dock workers and drivers as needed
- Ensure cleanliness and safety standards in the yard
- Regularly lift and handle heavy freight

Requirements:

- Preferably 1 year of shunt driving experience
- Forklift certification is necessary
- Ability to lift heavy items (up to 75 lbs)
- Robust self-motivation and results focus
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
