- Measure, cut, and fit siding materials accurately.
- Install soffit, fascia, trim, and exterior finishing components.
- Read and interpret building plans and specifications.
- Ensure projects are completed efficiently and to company quality standards.
- Maintain a secure and organized worksite.
- Operate hand and power tools safely.
- Work effectively as part of a construction crew.

Qualifications

- Previous siding installation experience preferred.
- Knowledge of exterior cladding systems and construction practices.
- Ability to work at heights and on ladders or scaffolding.
- Strong attention to detail and workmanship.
- Physical ability to lift and carry construction materials.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation considered an asset.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work in varying weather conditions.
