We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Site Administrator to lead one of our Long-Term Care communities, Mission Creek Landing , located in beautiful Kelowna, BC. This is an opportunity to lead a dedicated team, build meaningful relationships with residents and families, and help shape the future of a community that has been proudly serving seniors for more than 45 years.
Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Site Administrator is the senior leader responsible for the overall operations, quality of care, team engagement, regulatory compliance, financial stewardship, and strategic leadership of the home. We're expanding from 132 to 242 beds in Summer 2026, nestled beside the scenic Mission Creek Regional Park in East Kelowna. For over four decades, the community has provided a safe, supportive, and caring home for seniors requiring long-term care and specialized support.
Lead the overall operation of the care community Partner with and support the leadership team, including Clinical Care, Support Services, Maintenance, and Administration Foster a culture focused on resident-centred care, quality, safety, and service excellence Build strong relationships with residents, families, physicians, community partners, and regulatory bodies Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and financial performance Lead quality improvement, risk management, occupational health and safety,
and organizational initiatives You are a passionate and values-driven leader who believes exceptional resident care begins with exceptional leadership.
Experience leading teams in Long-Term Care, Assisted Living, Seniors Housing, or Healthcare Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities The ability to balance operational excellence with compassionate, resident-focused care A commitment to creating an workplace where residents, families, and employees thrive Minimum 4 years of leadership experience in Long-Term Care or a comparable healthcare setting Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, quality improvement, and resident-centred care practices Competitive salary ($110,000-$120,000) Extended health and dental benefits Employee Assistance Program (EAP) An opportunity to make a lasting impact in the lives of seniors and those who care for them About Kaigo Senior Living Mission Creek Landing is proudly part of Kaigo Senior Living , a trusted provider of senior care across British Columbia for over two decades.
