Join Bird as a Site Superintendent focused on civil projects in Sudbury, Ontario. Manage subcontractors and ensure safety and quality across construction operations. This role requires effective leadership to guide day-to-day site management and uphold the Bird Safety Program. You'll be instrumental in fostering a team-oriented team environment, providing impactful coaching, and supervising staff development.

- Promote safety leadership through the Bird Safety Program
- Develop and mentor the construction site workforce
- Manage project schedules and enforce contract terms
- Identify and resolve issues with design or schedules
- Prepare daily field reports and safety inspections Requirements:
- Proven experience in civil construction supervision
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with contract drawings and project execution
- Proficient in MS Office and construction software
