We are specifically looking for candidates with a proven background in renovations (painting, drywall and carpentry). Qualifications:
- High proficiency with hand tools and power tools
- Experience measuring and cutting lumber
- Experience installing cabinets, tiling, flooring, trim, doors, etc.
- Proven experience in painting techniques
- Ability to adhere strictly to safety protocols and listen to instructions carefully
- Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to high-quality workmanship
- Physical stamina and ability to handle manual labor tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
- Must have a valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
- Must be able to commit to full time employment
- Must have good customer service knowledge
