Formed in 2009, OCL started their first project and began building around a business model focused on "People" and "Doing the Job Right". We are currently recruiting for experienced, reliable and hard-working Skilled / Leadhand Labourers to join our team civil projects for CNRL Horizon.



CLAC hourly wages ~ Company contributed RRSP & Pension contributions ~ Paid training ~10% vacation and stat holiday pay on regular earnings ~ Read and understand site-specific instructions prior to each shift Site cleaning and preparation Maintain a clean and organized work area / job site Previous experience working as a Skilled Labourer on civil construction projects Solid understanding of construction site safety practices and hazard awareness Physically fit and capable of performing demanding manual labour (lifting up to 50lbs, bending, standing and working in various weather conditions) WHMIS 2015, CSTS 2020 (or equivalent), H2S Alive is an asset Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
