Role Description This is a remote internship role for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager intern will assist in planning, creating, and publishing content across social media platforms to support Red Leaf Consulting’s brand, services, and thought leadership.

Daily tasks include scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, responding to comments and messages, and optimizing content for reach and performance. The intern will collaborate with the team on social media campaigns,



support content strategy and storytelling, and help track metrics to improve positioning and audience growth. The role also involves researching industry trends, competitors, and relevant topics to ensure content remains timely, accurate, and aligned with business objectives.

Qualifications

- Strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills, with familiarity across major platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook).
- Transparent and professional Communication and Writing skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style to different audiences.
- Ability to support and execute Content Strategy, including planning calendars, aligning content with business goals, and maintaining brand consistency.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts such as audience targeting, analytics, and engagement metrics.
- High level of initiative, reliability, and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Interest in business, startups, AI, marketing, or international markets; prior experience or coursework in these areas is an advantage.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or certification in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
