Responsibilities
- Create Reinforcement Learning Environments to test AI models' problem-solving abilities.
- Develop solutions for complex software engineering problems including bug fixing and feature implementation.
- Refactor codebases and optimize software performance.
- Create reproducible environments and golden reference solutions for engineering challenges.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Python3, Java, Rust, or TypeScript, with additional experience in C++ or Go considered a strong asset.
- Deep understanding of algorithms, data structures, and performance tuning.
- Demonstrated experience in debugging complex software issues and delivering maintainable solutions.
- Robust background in feature development and codebase refactoring.
- Proven ability to optimize software for performance and scalability.
