About The Role We are seeking an AI-Driven Full Stack Engineer to join our dynamic team and contribute to transforming the insurance broker experience through artificial intelligence and machine learning. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing and implementing intelligent systems that automate manual processes, enhance user experiences, and generate actionable data insights.

As a key member of our engineering team, you will work across the entire technology stack, including front-end, back-end, and AI/ML initiatives. Your contributions will help shape the future of our innovative insurance platform, leveraging technologies such as Python, React, Redux, PostgreSQL, AWS, and emerging AI tools. You will collaborate closely with senior engineers, participate in architecture discussions, and be involved in the full lifecycle of product development, from prototyping to deployment.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in full-stack development using Python, React, Redux, and PostgreSQL
- Hands-on experience integrating and deploying AI/ML models into production environments
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, frameworks, and APIs
- Experience designing scalable, modular, and secure backend architectures
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly AWS, for deploying and monitoring applications
- Ability to develop and maintain robust data pipelines for AI model training and inference
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach and the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Willingness to learn new frameworks, tools, and emerging AI technologies
- Experience with observability, monitoring, and troubleshooting cloud-native applications

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack features for our AI-powered web application
- Integrate AI models and APIs to enable functionalities such as document processing, data extraction, and recommendation engines
- Collaborate with senior AI engineers to seamlessly incorporate models into production systems
- Research and prototype recent AI applications to continuously enhance product capabilities
- Build scalable, secure, and observable cloud architectures to support AI services




- Implement data pipelines to support AI training and inference workflows
- Create intuitive user interfaces that highlight AI-powered features
- Participate in architecture planning, code reviews, and technical ideation sessions
- Take ownership of feature development from conception through deployment, coordinating with QA and other teams
- Engage in cross-team communication to unblock dependencies and streamline release processes
- Contribute ideas during quarterly planning to shape future development priorities
- Participate in company-wide initiatives such as hackathons, engineering guilds, and AI tooling experiments
