WHAT YOU'D ACTUALLY DO You get a territory and a system that already works: scripts, tracking, and coaching every day. The job is the conversations you have with customers. You earn a commission on every residential solar installation you sell, paid weekly, uncapped. There is no fixed base salary; your earnings depend entirely on your sales results. Reps who consistently meet expectations typically earn CA$80,000 to CA$100,000 a year. Top performers earn more.

YOUR SCHEDULE

Most of your hours land in the afternoon and evening, because that's when people are available. Mornings are for training and roleplay. You'll have a mentor whose numbers sit on the board beside yours, and there are team competitions and incentive trips running across both markets.

WHO DOES WELL HERE

People who like a scoreboard and hate losing on it. People who hear no and come back sharper. People who would rather be paid for what they produce than for how long they've been somewhere. If you've never sold anything before, that's fine. We hire for hunger and coachability and train the rest.

HOW YOU MOVE UP The criteria are written down: Rep, Team Lead,



Assistant Manager, Sales Manager, Regional Manager. Hit them and you move. Nobody is waiting on seniority or on someone retiring.
