The Specialist, Ticket Operations & Administration will support the day-to-day execution of ticketing operations and administrative functions, ensuring accurate event builds, inventory management, reporting, ticket fulfillment, and customer account maintenance. This position works closely with Ticket Sales, Membership Services, Finance, Marketing, Partnerships, Venue Operations, and external ticketing partners to deliver exceptional service and operational excellence. Job Duties and Responsibilities
Ticket Operations
- Support the setup, management, auditing, and maintenance of ticketed events within ticketing platforms.
- Maintain ticket inventory controls, pricing structures, holds, offers, and access management procedures.
- Assist with ticket manifest creation, seat mapping, inventory reconciliation, and event builds.
- Support season ticket member account maintenance, relocations, exchanges, renewals, and ticket fulfillment.
- Coordinate ticket allocations and fulfillment for partners, sponsors, community programs, staff initiatives, and special events.
- Assist with VIP, premium, and hospitality inventory management and fulfillment.
- Conduct quality assurance testing for new events, offers, promotions, and ticketing initiatives.
Reporting & Administration
- Generate, analyze, and distribute attendance, sales, ticket usage, inventory, and membership reports.
- Assist with league-mandated reporting requirements and internal business reporting.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation while ensuring confidentiality of customer and business information.
- Work with business partners and integrated platforms to ensure accurate ticketing, CRM, and customer data flow.
- Assist in identifying process improvements and operational efficiencies across ticketing systems and workflows.
Internal & Event Support
- Collaborate with venue stakeholders, ticketing partners, and internal departments to execute event builds, manage ticket inventory, maintain seating manifests, implement pricing and hold strategies, and ensure all ticketing configurations are accurately reflected for each event.
- Support internal departments with ticket requests, troubleshooting, ticket replacements, refunds, and account-related inquiries while delivering a high level of customer service.
- Partner cross-functionally with Ticket Sales, Membership Services, Marketing, Partnerships, Finance, and Venue Operations to support organizational objectives and event execution.
- Provide game day support including ticket management, inventory monitoring, reporting, access control, and real-time issue resolution.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with colleagues, partners, venue personnel, and fans while contributing to a cooperative team environment.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Post-secondary education in Sports Management, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field required.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in ticket operations, event operations, administration, customer service, or a related field required.
- Experience with Ticketmaster Archtics, Account Manager, Host, TM1, or similar ticketing systems is required.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, reporting, and reconciliation.
- Experience with Power BI, EngageRM, CRM platforms, 601 Analytics and reporting tools is considered an asset.
- Must be able to work weeknights, evenings, and weekends and physically present at all Toronto Tempo home games in season.

The salary range for the Specialist, Ticket Operations role is between $70,000 - $80,000 CAD annually based on candidate skillsets.
