Our perfect candidate will possess a diploma in architectural or engineering technology and over five years of specification writing experience.

- Prepare and manage comprehensive tender documents
- Synchronize information across specifications and drawings
- Analyze specifications for direction to project leads
- Participate in collaborative meetings to refine project approach
- Assess timelines and workflow to meet project benchmarks

Requirements:

- Diploma in architectural or engineering disciplines
- Five years’ experience in specification writing
- CSP or RSW accreditation preferred
- LEED knowledge is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and detail-oriented skills
