Our Vancouver office is looking for an Intermediate Accountant to join the Assurance & Accounting team and own the following responsibilities: Effectively and efficiently handle audit tasks independently or within a team environment Efficiently prepare year‑end engagements and tax returns for clients in a variety of industries Perform audits on a variety of organizations, preparing working papers and financial statements per regulatory standards Engage in training staff and invest in the professional development of the team clients describe you as positive, professional and delivering high‑quality work You actively participate in the adoption of digital tools and strategies to drive an innovative workplace You have completed your CPA designation or are in the process of completion You have 1‑2 years of audit experience in the public accounting industry You enjoy working with high‑growth and dynamic private and publicly‑listed enterprises You are keen to develop further knowledge about the business, assurance and regulatory requirements of publicly‑listed entities and private businesses You value teamwork, client service and quality in detailed work Flexible benefits and a market‑leading personal time off policy from day one Support for achieving personal goals outside of the office and making an impact on your community Diversity and Inclusion Through leadership by our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Leader, we are committed to a workplace culture of respect, inclusion and diversity.
