Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Engineer with strong expertise in functional testing, START Data Provisioning Tool, and device farm setup and maintenance to support the program. The role involves ensuring data accuracy, system reliability, end-to-end functional validation, and maintaining high-quality standards across applications and device platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. START – Data Provisioning Tool Responsibilities

- Perform end-to-end functional testing of the START Data Provisioning Tool.
- Validate data provisioning workflows, integrations, and downstream system impacts.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of provisioned data across environments.
- Design, review, and execute test scenarios, test cases, and test data related to provisioning use cases.
- Identify and report defects with explicit reproduction steps and business impact.
- Support data validation and reconciliation between source and target systems.
- Participate in regression testing cycles after enhancements, fixes, or configuration changes.

2. Device Farm Setup & Maintenance





- Set up, configure, and maintain device farms for testing across multiple platforms (Android, iOS, tablets, etc.).
- Manage physical and/or cloud-based devices for functional and compatibility testing.
- Ensure devices are up to date with OS versions, builds, network configurations, and security settings.
- Monitor device health, availability, and performance; proactively troubleshoot issues.
- Coordinate with teams to ensure optimal device usage and minimize downtime.
- Maintain inventory and documentation for devices, configurations, and access controls.

3. Functional Testing & Quality Assurance

- Perform manual functional testing for web, mobile, and backend applications.
- Validate business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Execute system testing, integration testing, sanity testing, smoke testing, and regression testing.
- Analyse requirements and identify test coverage gaps or quality risks early in the SDLC.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and defect triage meetings.
- Ensure compliance with client's quality standards, SLAs, and delivery timelines.
