AFIMAC is seeking licensed Security Guards for an upcoming project in Cambridge, Ontario.

Renumeration and Contract Length:

- $20.00 per hour before overtime
- Contract length 6 weeks (possible extension)

Shifts:

- Day and night shifts
- 12 hour shifts
- 5-7 days per week
- Weekend only shifts available

Position:

- Access Control
- Perimeter checks
- Report Writing
- Other duties as specified

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications To be eligible to work for AFIMAC you must meet the following criteria:

- Possess a valid security guard license in the province of Ontario
- Previous access control experience preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong work ethic
- Able to travel to Cambridge and be in office for all shifts
- Flexibility to cover additional shifts when required.




- Ability to work 5 -7 days per week: 12 hour shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Weekend only shift available (12 hour shifts)
- Able to sit, walk, stand for extended periods of time
- Able to read, write, and speak English
- Be a Canadian resident and legally entitled to work in Canada
- Previous experience dealing with confrontational situations and having the ability to de-escalate with little to no supervision
- Excellent report writing skills
