Become the Executive Director at United Way of Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry and lead transformative change in local communities. Oversee operations with a focus on relationship building and compliance. As the Executive Director, you will be at the forefront of community impact, working closely with the Board of Directors and a dedicated team.

This role requires solid leadership skills, strategic oversight of operations, and effective management of organizational resources to drive fundraising success and community collaboration. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day operations and ensure compliance
- Provide leadership and strategic direction for the organization
- Steer fundraising initiatives and build donor relations
- Act as the organization's primary external representative
- Cultivate a supportive organizational culture Requirements:
- Post-secondary qualification in a relevant field
- Proven management experience in the not-for-profit sector
- Expertise in fundraising and community networking
- Excellent skills in communication and public relations
- Must possess a valid driver’s permit and reliable vehicle Drive meaningful community changes as the Executive Director with United Way SDG.
