Responsibilities
- Assist with food preparation tasks ensuring quality and safety standards are met
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for processing transactions accurately
- Handle cash and perform cashiering duties with attention to detail and integrity
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including kitchen and dining spaces
- Support upselling efforts to enhance guest experience and increase sales
- Manage time effectively to handle multiple tasks during busy periods
- Assist in food plating and presentation as needed
