As a Full time Student Counselor in the Student Development Department, you will address the holistic needs of students, offering services that support their academic and personal growth.
Your ability to assess and evaluate students’ needs will enhance their overall experience at the institution. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct counseling sessions tailored to individual student needs
- Consult on student issues with staff and families
- Create and lead outreach initiatives for well-being
- Conduct assessments to gauge counseling success
- Supervise junior psychologists and plan initiatives
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in counseling or similar
- BA/BSc in Psychology
- 3-5 years’ institutional counseling experience
- Knowledge of student development theories
- Strong communication skills
